At Casa del Rio Melaka, we have put together safety guidelines and hygiene protocols to ensure our safety guide and hygiene protocols are in compliance with the authorities’ standards.

Thermal temperature screening for every guest, host and vendor upon entering hotel
Single Entry/Exit Point
Only one entry and exit point through our main lobby
Sanitization of guest luggage before it enters the lobby
Social distancing of at least 1 metre in all areas of hotel
Physical distancing of 1 meter gap between seats at Restaurant and 2 metre gap between each table
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
All guests are encouraged to wear a face mask in public areas of the hotel
All hosts are required to wear appropriate PPE at all times
Hand sanitizers provided in every public area, alongside a guided instruction
Cleaning & Disinfecting
All rooms will be fully disinfected through misting process before the next guest arrival
All high-touch surfaces across public and host areas will be cleaned with increased frequency
Housekeeping services will operate at a reduced frequency but remain available at any time on request and with social distancing protocols
Amenities will be provided upon request with social distancing protocols
Contactless exchange of bath towels and linens with fresh ones bagged and placed on the door handle
Buffet Breakfast Service
Buffet service will be served with practiced SOP guidelines.
Contactless in-room dining service upon request and offered at the guest room door with social distancing protocols
All printed menus will be replaced by digital menus by scanning of QR code
Complimentary shuttle service will be provided for guests, with frequent sanitisation of vehicle
In efforts of safeguarding the health and safety of our guests, Satkara Spa will be temporarily closed till further notice.
Technical maintenance/assistance for occupied rooms will be provided in the absence of guest in the room
