• Advance reservation is required and subject to availability at time of reservation

• This offer is non-cancellable and non-refundable.
• In the event of any amendments to the arrival date, please notify the hotel at least 3 days before your scheduled arrival. Otherwise, it will be considered a cancellation. Please note that changes to the booking may result in a price difference.
• Payment must be made by a Mastercard card only
• Guests must present their Mastercard card at check-in to enjoy this offer
• If an eligible Mastercard card is not presented upon check-in and used for payment, full price of the stay would be charged to the cardholder

• All Rates quoted (+) are subjected to 8% Service Tax – Effective from 01 March 2024, the rate of Sales and Service Tax (SST) rate will increase from 6% to 8%.
• Tourism Tax (TTx) will be exempted from 1st July 2020 to 31st December 2021, but TTx will be imposed by the Malaysia Government on non-Malaysian nationals or non-permanent residents holding a My PR card from 01st January 2022 onwards (not included in the room rate and taxes stated herein)
• Effective July 1, 2024, the Heritage Tax rate will increase from RM2.00nett to RM5.00nett per occupied room per night for all hotel accommodations. Casa del Rio Melaka Hotel will collect this tax directly from our guests upon check-out. (not included in the room rate and taxes stated herein)
• In the event that the local authorities impose a new tax on your stay after the date of booking, the hotel is entitled to collect such taxes upon your arrival
• The hotel reserves the right to modify, amend, change, add-on and/or discontinue this promotion, and/or any terms of this promotion of without prior notice
• Credit card details e.g. credit card number, expiry date, CVV code and name printed on the card are required to confirm the booking
• Check-in time is after 1500 hours & Check-out before 1200 noon
