• In the event of any amendments to the arrival date, please notify the hotel at least 3 days before your scheduled arrival. Otherwise, it will be considered a cancellation. Please note that changes to the booking may result in a price difference.

• Guests must present their Mastercard card at check-in to enjoy this offer
• If an eligible Mastercard card is not presented upon check-in and used for payment, full price of the stay would be charged to the cardholder

• Heritage Tax of RM2 per room per night will be imposed by the Melaka State Government should be settled directly upon check-out (not included in the room rate and taxes stated herein)
• In the event that the local authorities impose a new tax on your stay after the date of booking, the hotel is entitled to collect such taxes upon your arrival
