Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Peranakan Night Dinner 2018

In August 10 2018, the Bailliage held a Peranakan-themed dinner in the Bar Rio of the Casa del Rio Hotel.

Members and guests were traditionally attired in fine “Baba Nyonya” clothes: the ladies in their beautiful kebayas with matching hand-made shoes, the gentlemen in their traditional Baba attire.

Executive Chef William Teo, designed a delectable menu paired with delicious wines.
