The panel of judges, comprising of industry experts, will identify and recognise travel, tourism and hospitality operators that are innovative, creative, enterprising, outstanding, passionate and top performing.

World Top Tourism Awards 2019 is endorsed and supported by the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture (Malaysia). To support Visit Malaysia 2020 campaign, the latest in the series of the Visit Malaysia campaign. In 2017, this landmark initiative was supported and endorsed by the Honourable Prime Minister of Malaysia. It was launched in line with the Malaysia Tourism Transformation Plan goals of welcoming a total of 30 million tourists to Malaysia and registering RM100 billion in tourist receipts by the year 2020.
